ABU DHABI, The Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has issued the Cabinet Decree No. 60 of 2017 amending Cabinet Resolution No. 24 of 2015 on the Government Financial Policy Coordination Council.
The Decree published in the Official Gazette stipulates that it shall replaces Article No. 09 of the 2015 Cabinet’s Resolution on the Government Financial Policy Coordination Council, as follows: The Council shall submit an annual report on its work and achievements to the Minister of Finance, including the suggestions and recommendations necessary for the fulfilment of its functions, in accordance with the procedures set out in the manual of the committee’s working systems in the Federal Government as approved by the UAE Cabinet.
The Decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance in the Official Gazette.
