Mohammed bin Rashid Charity Foundation helps unprivileged children

DUBAI, The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment has provided AED500,000 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation to support sick and underprivileged children.

Commenting on the announcement, Ibrahim Mohammed Bumalha, Dubai Ruler’s Advisor for Cultural and Humanitarian Affairs and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Establishment, said that this support will encourage the children to continue their lives in a normal way and will support their parents.

Bumalha added that the foundation has always supported patients, and the initiative is part of its plan to assist members of the community, while pointing out that the foundation has observed the positive effects of such initiatives on underprivileged children and their families.

In turn, Hani Al Zubaidi, CEO of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, said that the foundation’s support will help fulfil the wishes of many children suffering from serious diseases that threaten their lives, while expressing his pride for the strategic partnership between the two foundations.
