H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, honoured on Saturday winners of the International Pro Jiu-Jitsu Championship, which was held from 26th to 27th at the Zayed Sport Complex.
More than 800 athletes representing 30 countries competed in the third series of the tournament.
Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif al Sharqi, President of the Emirates Bodybuilding Federation, and a number of sports officials and administrators attended the award-giving ceremony.
Ahmed Al Zayoudi, head of the event organising committee, and Chairman of Fujairah Martial Arts Club, said the championship had seen friendly and positive environment.
The two-day competition was dedicated for athletes over 17 years and open to all nationalities, belts, juveniles, adults and masters.
The first day of the championship was dedicated to No Gi form of the competition, while the second day was for Gi form.
